Mom took me to the vet today and it looks like I will have to take medication from here on out. I will be getting two doses of 15 mg Phenobarbytol twice a day... They did some blood work to check my liver levels and the vet will call mom in a few days with the results. I have to go back and see him in two weeks. I also got these real cool things called "Pill Pockets" to get my medicine in. They are yummy---they taste like beef. Ozzy can't have any...Ha! Ha!

Hey! You got the same tests I did and the same medicine I have! It works for me, so I'm crossing my paws that it will help you too! I don't have cool little pill pockets though... I take my Phoenix Basketball in CHEESE, but I'm not complaining!

That's a bummer that you need to be on medicine, but if it is going to make you feel better and stop those icky seizures, well, it's probably worth it!

Oh! I havent heard of those pill pockets! Have your mom post photos. We buy mini marshmellows for Alfred's pills. Same medication, same dose I think. Well, he takes a pill and a half twice a day, so I guess he is taking 22.5 mg twice a day.
